In Normal mode, players navigate a small bird through a series of logs by tapping the screen to keep it airborne. The objective is to avoid colliding with the logs while achieving the highest possible score.

Players have to obtain and spend passes to play this. The gameplay is similar to the Normal mode but has a separate leaderboard and offers the highest potential earnings. At the time of writing, Tournament mode remains temporarily suspended.
Primarily consisting of consumables, items have various functionalities, ranging from collision protection to providing abilities to enter specific game modes. Items are available from the marketplace or through crafting from resources collected in the game.
Crafting materials, on the other hand, are a collection of resources farmed in F-Ray mode and used to produce items.

Quests are randomized daily and weekly tasks that span the entire Fancy Games ecosystem. That includes Fancy Birds, Fancy Hop, and Sky Wars.
To unlock and earn from quests, all birds consume Fancy Seeds and replenish their satiety. Only the owner can feed the birds, except for a renter who paid a direct fee to borrow it. Each satiated bird will unlock their own set of quests and increase potential earnings.
Players get rewarded with 3 $FNC tokens for each daily and weekly quest completed. That becomes 4 $FNC tokens if the player is flying a mutant bird. Additionally, logging in to the game daily rewards 7 $FNC tokens per bird, but only if they complete all seven check-ins within a week.
In summary, an ordinary bird that completes all daily, weekly, and check-in quests from Fancy Birds, Fancy Hop, and Sky Wars can earn 76 $FNC tokens. A mutant bird that does the same can earn 99 $FNC tokens.

The first method of renting requires a fee to borrow a bird for a number of days. The payment could either be in $USDC, $FNC, or sFNC. With this, a player can take home the entire earnings from the completed quests. Note that most birds available for this kind of renting have zero satiety and that the rentee will be responsible for feeding it with seeds.

The second method allows players to borrow birds without paying any fee. Instead, a portion of the earnings goes directly to the owner. In this case, the responsibility to feed the birds falls into the hands of the owners.
