About the game

Metaisland is a modern, open-world survival game developed by MetaIsland Technology. The gameplay bears similarities to Uncharted and takes place on an island reminiscent of the series LOST. The story advances around the island itself and about figuring out what went wrong with the world. Players find themselves at day time battling monsters, doing quests from NPCs, and getting rewarded by tokens. At night, the players are able to meet and do fun things together. NFTs are incorporated within the game and they are in the form of 2D and 3D Avatars. The game uses $ISL as the primary token which is used to purchase in-game items, NFTs, and more.
