About the game

Decentraland is a virtual world of platforms envisioned as a digital city. It was developed by Argentinian-founded, non-profit Decentraland Foundation in 2015 and has since been funded by 9 esteemed investors. The virtual reality space launched in 2017, with its first map (Genesis City) consisting of 90,601 parcels of land, and was opened to the public in February 2020. Taking the word metaverse to a whole new level, Decentraland serves as a home for web3 platforms and can currently be accessed through a PC browser. Users can purchase their own virtual land parcels (LAND) with MANA tokens. In these LANDs, players can create 3D content through a drag-and-drop visual tool called Builder.
