WonderHero 101: Cashing out

Here's our guide on how to convert your $WND tokens into cash!

Before, players were able to convert both $WND and $HON into cash. However, as WonderHero is now shifting into the Free-to-Play model and adjusting their existing token economies, they have recently announced that $HON will now be an in-game currency that can be acquired as an in-app purchase (you may read more about this here).
As of November 2022, only $WND can be traded and converted.
In this example, we will use MetaMask for claiming and Binance for converting $WND into cash.
Step 1 – Add $WND to MetaMask#Copy URL to this article section
To add $WND tokens to your MetaMask, click “Import Tokens”, then input their contract address, and click “Add Custom Token”. You should be able to see WND in your MetaMask.

Step 2 – Transfer your $WND to MetaMask#Copy URL to this article section
Whether you own your NFTs or you are borrowed them (i.e. you are using a Scholar Account), you can withdraw your tokens in the game by clicking ”Withdraw” on your WonderHero account dashboard.

A withdrawal notification will appear with instructions on how to withdraw your WND. Click “Proceed to Withdraw” to continue. You can also check the "Do not remind again" box to prevent it from appearing on your next withdrawal.

Afterwards, you will be redirected to the Cross-Chain Bridge at https://app.crosschainbridge.org/bridge/tokens. You need to do the following:
1. Connect your WonderHero Game Account Wallet Address 2. Key in the amount you wish to withdraw 3. Select the correct networks: “From POLYGON CHAIN” and “To “BINANCE SMART CHAIN”

Then click “Approve WND” and “Confirm send” to continue. A window will pop up. Then, click “Confirm Bridging”.

A Metamask Notification will pop up to transfer your tokens into MetaMask.

You should be able to see the status of the transaction after you confirm. Once the deposit is confirmed you need to click “Switch network and claim” to proceed. After switching the network click “Claim WND tokens" to see your token in your MetaMask Wallet.
Note: You need both $MATIC and $BNB tokens to pay for the transaction gas fees every time you withdraw your $WND tokens.

Step 3 - Swap $WND into Stablecoin#Copy URL to this article section
Once your tokens are inside your MetaMask wallet, you can now swap them for stablecoins through a decentralized exchange such as PancakeSwap. You need to connect your MetaMask wallet to PancakeSwap and convert your $WND into a stablecoin such as $BUSD.
Note: You need $BNB to pay for the transaction fees.

If you can't see your BUSD token on your MetaMask, click “Import Token” again, then “Add Custom Token."

Transfer your BUSD token to your Binance account by clicking “Send," then input your Binance BUSD Address. Select BUSD in Asset, and enter the amount you want to transfer. Click “Next” then click “Confirm." You need $BNB to pay for the transaction fees.

Now, you can sell your stablecoin ($BUSD) for cash in Binance using our step-by-step guide on how to cash out through Binance. The cash will be deposited by the buyer directly into your bank account.
